information out on the Internet. Choose from a variety of 'One Page Basic Templates'.
You can pick the layout, and then select the 'color scheme' you want.
All you have to provide is the Written Text you want on the page, and a Company Logo or Letterhead (or
some other picture you would like to see on the site).

The cost is $946 for basic website development. This will include:
- Initial consultation
- Creating your company-specific 'template' page
- Verifying link integrity and functionality
Your page can have the following:
- Be as long as 4 A4 pages (printed out)
- Display pictures & logo (you provide as .gif, .jpg. or .tiff)
- Three ~Free~ scanned in pictures / logo
- Display local date and day of week.
- 6 'in-page' links
- Unlimited 'external links' or e-mail links.

You can still use our 'basic templates' design, but instead of only one page, it will be split into separate pages.**

With Our Premium Template option - you are still limited to a select number of pre-designed sites, but they are more elaborate or elegant in design.
Also included in this category, if you have a certain (simple) style that you would like to be considered as a 'template' website. If you have seen another website that is an example of what you have in mind, you can give us the URL, and we will let you know if we can create something similar as a "template" website. This way you can get a more customised feel, but still retain the savings by using a template website.
The first page is $1,100.00, and each addtional page will be $330.00.
