I'd like to take a moment to recognize Dawn's exceptional work on the server migration. She really came to the table with all she has and more and the results reflect her talents and perseverance.
Our timeline was pressed against an urgency to complete this in a timely manner and her impending overseas trips. She burned the midnight oil and made it happen in rapid fire succession.
She nor I went into this with the ideal amount of knowledge on several topics endemic to this new server environment, configuration, and platform. Undaunted, Dawn dug in and learned what she need on the fly and up against the aforementioned timelines. She made it work.
We didn't have external support from the SEO guys to call on as we might have hoped - not their expertise or within their scope of work - nonetheless Dawn overcame the challenges and as I've said, made it work.
I can't thank her enough for her vigilance and expertise that really - for me - made this possible.
If she & I were ever in a "pick teams" situation like this again. She'd be my first pick.

www.dial-a-depth.com) There is much more to creating a web site than just the technical ability. To create an exceptional web site, a designer needs both technical ability and artistic ability. Dawn has both of these attributes in abundance. Her attention to detail in matching color and providing a pleasing appearance is exceptional. She takes my concepts and creates more than I expected. This makes our sites professional and appealing.
Dawn's technical expertise ensures that the functional parts of my web sites are embedded for easy use. There is a natural and intuitive ability to navigate the site. The site is not cluttered. It is easy to find all of the information and functions on the site.
Dawn also has an understanding of the art of making communication from the customer to our companies simple and powerful. When we get email responses, it is from the email address entered by the user. This allows us to directly reply to customers and potential customers. Since the email is created from forms designed to collect all of the needed information, nothing is left out of the communication. This feature gives us the best of both forms and direct email responses.
Dawn is one of a very few individuals that have both the technical ability and the artistic ability. Designers without both of these talents create web sites that are not of the professional quality of Dawn's.
Dawn also has one other quality that is very unusual. She completes project on time. Dawn has met every one of my deadlines even on very short notice.

Dawn was able to take our poorly designed website, and create a customized site that correctly reflects the look and feel of our Business (

In our line of business, it is imperative that our site be found on the Internet.
